Refer to the Covenants of By-Laws, Fourth Amendment Dated 9/15/2011:
All above-ground pools shall be fenced in, utilizing solid six foot (6′) in height fences as permitted by this Declaration that are placed immediately adjacent to the rear and side yard lot lines. The plans for all pools and fences shall be approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee prior to any installation. The site plan with improvement drawings shall be provided to the Architectural Control Committee at least 30 days prior to the intended commencement of work.
