Permanent basketball equipment (hoops with in-ground installation) will be permitted provided backboard is clear acrylic, without any logos or advertisement & a dark metal pole is used. Attaching basketball equipment to any residential structure is strictly prohibited. Portable basketball equipment is permitted provided the backboard is clear acrylic, without any logos or advertisement. All equipment shall be maintained and well kept. No use shall occur during hours of 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
