Refer to the Covenants of By-Laws Section 10.02 (q) Page (30) :
Any fencing installed by an Owner shall be constructed pursuant to Exhibit F and only constructed around the side and rear yards of any Lot in the Development, and not within the front yard setback or a setback adjacent to a road. Any fence installed on any Lots that are adjacent to town parks, parks within Common Area, and ponds within the Common Area shall be a maximum of four (4′) feet tall and shall be ornamental fence, as specified by the Architectural Control Committee and by the Association if the adjacent property is Common Area. The color shall be white.
The Architectural Control Committee may grant variances to Owners upon request, but in the sole discretion of the Architectural Control Committee.
