Landscaping and Maintenance

These Rules and Regulations were enacted by the Village Circle Estate Owners Association Board of Directors on March 13, 2015, and supersede all previous editions.

Residents are required to control weeds in their lawn and landscaping and maintain any plants and trees. Regular lawn fertilization and weed/grass eradication in the landscaped areas is required. Bushes, shrubs, hedges, trees and other similar plants must be trimmed regularly and be trimmed in neat and orderly shape. Lawns must be cut and may not exceed 5 inches high. Lawns must be watered on a regular basis and any areas where grass has died or has been so overgrown with weeds must be replaced. All landscaping materials must be maintained in a neat and orderly manner. Any lawn or landscaping complaint that is brought to the attention of the Board will be reviewed for compliance. If, by majority vote, the Board decides that a homeowners lawn, landscaping or plant life is not in compliance with this rule the homeowner, through their own expense, will be required to remedy the situation to the satisfaction of the Board.
