On October 27 2020, both Village Circle Home Owners Estates (VCE) and Village Circle West (VCW) HOA have jointly approved a Landscape Enhancement Project by MasterCut along the Pleasant Spring Lane that shares the common areas between the two subdivisions. A special thanks to both HOA Board of Directors for working very hard to get this dream project approved.
The final replacement cost will be shared between VCE & VCW.
The following tasks will be perform in the next few weeks:
- Remove all weeds – Done
- Remove all old mulches – Done
- Remove and replace all old landscape fabrics. – Done
- Plant new Evergreens, shrubs and flower plants – Done
- Replace mulch with large 50-60 yards of dark River Rocks around 3″ depth. – Done
- Insert Plastic Landscape Edges – Done
- Have an Irrigation Company check and repair plumbing line that will water the new plants only.
